Privacy

Dear Aviator uses the information you submit to manage the Pilot Club email list. For privacy questions or to request removal, email dearaviator@gmail.com.

Pilot Club

When you sign up, we store your email address, signup source, and a record of when you agreed to receive Dear Aviator emails. We use Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 to process and store this information, including the status of your signup request. We share your email address and signup source with Klaviyo to manage subscriptions and send emails. New subscribers confirm their email before joining Pilot Club. Signing up is optional. We do not sell your email address.

We retain signup records until you request deletion or we discontinue the list. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing dearaviator@gmail.com. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Klaviyo manages confirmation and unsubscribe preferences. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; a limited record may remain to honor your choice and document consent. Contact us to request deletion.
